The Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) provides a legal framework to make businesses more accessible for disabled individuals. The ADA is commonly associated with business locations only. However, most people do not know that the ADA can also apply to website accessibility. The federal government enacted the ADA before the age of websites. Therefore, the federal government provides little guidance regarding ADA compliance for legal websites.
